  3. Document Preparation: Before your appointment, please gather all necessary documents relevant to the services you require. This helps expedite the process and allows for a more efficient consultation.
  4. Attend Your Consultation: Join us for the consultation where we will discuss your needs, answer any questions, and outline the next steps tailored to your situation

Request & Collect Information

  1. Valid Identification: Present a current State ID, Driver's License, or Passport at the time of your appointment.
  2. Uninitiated Documents: Ensure that the document is not signed or initialed prior to your appointment. All signatures must be made in the presence of the notary.
  3. Capacity to Sign: All signers must be of sound mind and fully knowledgeable about the document they are signing.
  4. Minors: If a minor is involved, they may present a current passport or a valid driver’s license as ID. If many minors do not possess these forms of ID, notaries may use credible witnesses as described in lieu of ID.

Choose Collection Option (Mail-in or In-person)

Mail-in Option:


  1. Choose Collection Method: Decide on a location to collect your documents or directly mail them to us.
  2. Document Review: Thoroughly review your documents before sending them to us for authentication and obtaining the necessary certificate.
  3. Delivery Selection: Once the process is complete, select a preferred location for us to deliver your documents back to you, or opt for a return mail service.


In-Person Option:

Convenient Travel Service: We come to your location to pick up or drop off your documents, providing a hassle-free, personal service tailored to your schedule and needs.

Send Invoice and Confirmation

  1. Invoice Receipt: Upon selecting your preferred process, an invoice detailing the agreed-upon price will be sent to your provided email address.
  2. Confirmation via Payment: The appointment will be confirmed only after the invoice is paid. Timely payment ensures your desired slot is secured.
  3. Advance Payment: Please ensure the invoice is settled at least 4 hours before your desired appointment date and time. This helps in securing your booking and allows us to prepare for your service efficiently.
